The meeting on February 7 at CoreSRQ will somewhat follow the format of the last meeting, encouraging a lot of participation. We will hold a "Woodturning Problems Clinic," where we ask members to bring a problem or question regarding a project, tool, or technique to the group. We will then have as many members as can offer and/or demonstrate solutions to the problem. For example, I might ask for guidance in using a skew. Then, hopefully someone or several members could demonstrate proper use. The member with the question, should, if at all possible, bring the project or wood sample and the tool in question. The problems presented can be general or very specific. It would be helpful for anyone who wishes to present an issue to email a brief description of it to Jon prior to the meeting, so that a program can be organized.
