The demo at CoreSRQ will be turning a bowl from a board by Jim Weeks.                              

Our club has received a very generous donation of turning blanks from a turner who is no longer physically able to perform at the lathe.  Included in this collection are some very desirable pieces, as well as one very large unfinished burl pot.  These blanks will be available at the meeting on October 3 to anyone interested.  If more than one member is interested in a particular piece, we will have a drawing for it.  Members on Zoom can participate in a drawing by proxy, but otherwise you must be present.  Don't miss out on this opportunity !
